Donate to support The James Gallery

Support from our community allows The James Gallery to fully embody its role as a space for art and education.

Your investment makes possible the transformative power of contemporary art and pedagogy, helping to realize exhibitions in the country’s biggest public university, in the heart of Manhattan.

Examples of impact:

• Funding the research and presentation of cutting-edge exhibitions featuring art and artists from around the world.

• The production of publications that enhance the exhibitions and provide opportunities for students and faculty to publish new research.

• Supporting the development and presentation of innovative and dynamic public programs, including performances.

• Providing opportunities for graduate students, including paid positions and fellowships that prepare them for a career in the arts.

• Commissioning new works from emerging and established artists.

• Making events publically available online (video and audio content).
